OUR APPROACH

Our approach is simple: we commit to a weekly plan of action to physically go to your home and perform observations of the items that are necessary for the peace of mind that the home and it’s elements are in good working order.  Our inspections are documented in an online app where we take photos of the items we are reviewing and annotate any circumstances we observe that need attention. Then we email or text you if there is anything that requires immediate attention so that you can let us know how you want them handled.  If the visit is more routine and no immediate items exist you can still see the results of the visit through our online portal that you will have access to specifically for your property.  This lets you always know how the home looked when we performed the service.  We understand that your home requires the same level of care we would give our own. That’s why we go the extra mile, ensuring that each and every issue is brought to resolution.  From routine checks to emergency response, we take pride in our ability to assist you in getting the issue resolved.
